Help Needed Regarding Animal Neglect & Cruelty

***UPDATE***Thanks to tips received by East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers Knoxville Police Animal Control Investigators arrested the individual responsible for Bridget's neglect and abuse.

East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers announces an increase in the reward offered on tips leading to the arrest of the individual or individuals responsible for the serious neglect and abuse of the dog – a terrier or poodle mix – found abandoned in a cloth dog carrier behind a dumpster at an apartment complex in the 4900 block of Jenkins Road on Saturday morning, March 5th. This increase is thanks to a citizen who came forward offering an additional reward.

The dog showed signs of serious neglect and had numerous areas of its body that were severely infected. The dog was transported to the Young-Williams Animal Center for a cruelty exam and to receive extensive medical treatment.

The dog, dog carrier and area where the dog was found are shown in the photos. Vandalism on Austin-East High School Baseball Field

The Knoxville Police Department along with Austin-East High School is asking for the communities help in locating the truck seen in these photos. It is described as a full-size silver Chevy truck with an extended cab and a specialty tag with white and pink coloring. 
While school was out on Monday, January 17, 2022 at around 11: am this vehicle was caught on surveillance video causing significant damage to the baseball field at Austin-East High School. The cost to repair the damage to the field is estimated to cost up to $10,000.
