Stolen Credit Cards Used at Kohl's February 23, 2024

On February 11, 2024 these three individuals entered Panera on N. Broadway, Knoxville and proceeded to sit as close as they could to other customers and their purses. Then they would slip their hands into the unsuspecting victims' purses stealing their wallets. Once they each had stolen a wallet they then went to Kohl's near the West Town Mall in Knoxville to use the stolen credit cards. It is believed these three suspects are not local and are a part of a group doing this throughout the region.

On January 20th at around 10:50 AM these two were seen on security camera entering the Best Buy on Town & Country Circle where they forced open a locked display containing Apple iPhones. Once inside the cabinet they removed 25 Apple iPhone 15 Pros. Then left without paying.

We're seeking your assistance in identifying the individual driving this vehicle. This person is a suspect in multiple acts of vandalism where the front entrances of various closed businesses in Knoxville have been damaged by gunfire. If you have any information regarding these incidents or recognize the individual in the image provided, please contact East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers immediately. Since our initial report on January 17th, police investigators in Knoxville have uncovered additional cases involving the same suspect. The individual is now suspected of being involved in over seven cases in the Knoxville area, all related to theft or attempted theft of alcohol and/or cigarettes. 13 Reports of Shooting Out Windows in Sevierville January 04, 2024
Between November 4 and December 28, 2023, Sevierville experienced a surge of vandalism with 13 reported incidents. The perpetrator was caught on video shooting out windows of both businesses and vehicles from a black Chevrolet Malibu sedan with tinted windows, using a BB/pellet gun. Most of these incidents took place on weekends between 6 PM and 10 PM leading investigators to believe the suspect may be a juvenile or young adult. Police Investigators have possibly located the exact car on still images, but are asking Sevierville residents to contact East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers with information on any black Chevy Malibu around the 2010 model with tinted windows. It is likely that the suspect lives near or around the Eastgate Road, Food City on Dolly Parton Pkwy or downtown Sevierville area.
Three Times in Less Than 2 Months June 13, 2023

Three times in less than 2 months the GAP in Tanger Outlets in Sevierville was hit by the person pictured below. On April 9, 2023, May 20, 2023, and again on June 3, 2023 she entered the store selected several items of clothing concealing them in bags and exited the store without paying. In June she had a young child with her being carried on her back.

Over $75,000 in Fraudulent Purchases March 29, 2023

Have you seen these 4 or know who they are? Police throughout the country are trying to identify them as they go from one Sam’s Club location to another using a stolen Sam’s Club card to purchase gift cards that have been stolen from other locations.
Approximately 5-weeks ago a wallet was stolen from an elderly lady that contained her Sam’ Club account card. This card was then used in Abilene, TX, Jefferson City, MO, Greenwood, IN, Knoxville, TN, Lexington, KY, Elizabethtown, KY, Owensboro, KY, and Marion, IL to purchase visa gift cards totaling more than $75,000 in fraudulent purchases.
Then on March 20, 2023 at about 10:30 AM an 87-year-old lady had her wallet stolen while shopping at a store on Kingston Pike, Knoxville by the pictured individuals who then went to Sam’s Club and used her card to make over $4,100 worth of purchases.
M.O. - These 4-individuals walk into a Sam’s Club, go straight to a register, take out a set of gift cards that have been stolen from a different store and activate them by using a stolen credit card for the purchase. They then leave the store.

On February 12, 2023 at 1:29 AM this individual pulled into the parking lot of City Park Market on Park Road in Sevierville in what looks like a green Toyota Camry. He gets out of his car, walks up to the store's door, looks inside then proceeds to break the glass in the front door, entering the store and stealing an 18-pack of Modelo.

Attempted Illegal Withdraw from Night Deposit Box January 23, 2023

On January 15th at about 6 AM this individual and one other person attempted to retrieve money from a night deposit box at TN State Bank in Jefferson City, TN.
They were seen in a gold or brown colored truck.

4 Rings Stolen Valued at Over $2400 January 11, 2023

Do you recognize either of these suspects? On the evening of January 8th, they entered the Walmart on Clinton Highway, Knoxville picked out 4-rings from the jewelry department valued at over $2,400 and proceeded to the self-checkout register where they scanned the rings. They swiped a card to pay for the rings, but the card was declined. They then picked up the rings and left the store without paying getting into a waiting vehicle.

$1500 worth of Vitamins & Allergy Meds Stolen January 10, 2023

Do you recognize this suspect? On January 5, 2023 at around 10 AM he entered the Walgreens on New Riverside Drive in Sevierville stealing $1,500 worth of vitamins and allergy medicine.
The suspect brought a white plastic bag into the store and began filling it with Prevagen vitamins and some allergy medicine. He then fled in a blue/gray color car, possibly a Chevy Malibu with a dent on the rear driver’s side quarter panel.

Hardworking Employee Gets Wallet Stolen While Working January 05, 2023

The Knoxville Police Department is asking for help identifying this suspect, who on December 30th at about 6:45 PM entered the employee breakroom at CitiFid-O Pet Supply Store on Union Avenue and stole the victim’s wallet from her purse. Then went to CVS on Cumberland Avenue and used the victim’s credit card to purchase several gift cards.

Stolen Tag - Caught on Camera December 30, 2022

Does this person look familiar? On December 10th at around 11:30 am he is seen driving by the red VW parked in this driveway then returning on foot to steal the license plate from the red VW. The tag was recovered several days later on Daylily Drive in Knoxville.

1 Person, Multiple Gunshot Wounds in Strawberry Plains December 21, 2022

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting last night, December 20th, on Daybreak Way in Strawberry Plains. Upon arrival they found one person suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. This person was airlifted to UTMC for treatment.

Stealing from Elderly Lady December 15, 2022

On November 26, 2022, they entered the TJ Maxx on Kingston Pike where they proceeded to steal a wallet from an elderly shopper while her purse was sitting in her shopping cart. Then they headed to Sam’s Club where they purchased dozens of Visa gift cards totaling over $4,500 using her credit card.
