Have you seen Haley "Kai" Lowrie, 15? She was last seen by her parents on November 21st at 5:45 pm when she left home. Neighbors reported seeing her get into a red jeep, but her parents do not know anyone with a red jeep. Haley did not return home that night, but did go to school the next day, November 22nd. Haley attends Powell High School. She has not been seen or heard from since the 22nd. 
 
Haley is wearing a medical boot on her right foot and was last seen wearing a grey hoodie with a Buc-ee's logo and black sweatpants. 
 
Haley may be staying with friends whose parents are not aware that she is a runaway, which is why we are asking everyone to share this post and if you know someone who attends or works at Powell HS please share this post so they can see it.

9-YEARS AGO SHARON LEINART WAS REPORTED MISSING BY HER SISTER

Sharon’s sister last heard from her on January 23, 2013 then on March 26, 2013 she contacted the Knoxville Police Department to report her missing. Sharon was 58 at the time and was known to frequent areas around the Salvation Army and KARM, as well as area hotels. She also was known to use the name “Angela.” During her last contact with her family, Sharon indicated she had been picked up by someone and presumably was taken to stay at their house. The circumstances of Sharon’s disappearance were concerning at the time and remain concerning today. However, investigators and her family remain hopeful of reunification and will remain so until that possibility is exhausted. Donovan has a medical condition and is believed to be in the area, maybe in one of the nearby apartment complexes. He was located by the Knoxville Police Department and turned over to DCS at the Children's Hospital in Knoxville. While being treated he fled the hospital and is once again reported as a runaway - endangered due to his medical condition.

Nearly 14 years after Christina Stoddard was reported as missing, Knoxville Police Department Special Crimes Unit investigators are continuing to seek any information from the public regarding her possible whereabouts or the circumstances of her disappearance.
 
On October 30, 2007, Christina was reported missing at the age of 27. She was last seen four days before that, on October 26, 2007, in the area of the Clinton Highway Wal-Mart at around 12:30 p.m. At the time of her disappearance, she was approximately 5’3 and 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Christina often went by the nickname “Sheba” and had a tattoo of a skull on her left bicep.
 
Much about the events surrounding Christina’s disappearance remain unknown. Though there is no definitive evidence to indicate foul play, her extended absence is at a minimum cause for suspicion.
 
Investigators are confident that there are people with information about the circumstances of Christina’s disappearance and hopeful that after 14 years’ time those individuals will share that information.
